Fees & Billing
Access to premium features requires payment of fees as displayed at checkout. All fees are billed in advance and are non‑refundable unless explicitly stated. You agree to pay applicable taxes and charges. Non‑payment may result in suspension of paid features.
Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions auto‑renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 48 hours prior. You can manage auto‑renewal in your account settings. Disabling auto‑renewal stops future charges but does not refund the current period. No pro‑rata refunds are provided.
Service Changes
The service may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice. Major changes affecting functionality will be announced at least seven days in advance when feasible. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. No compensation is owed for modifications.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms, security threats, or operational reasons. Notice will be provided when practicable. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease. You must delete any local copies of materials.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the service’s software, design, and content remain with their respective owners. No rights are transferred to you under these Terms. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or derivative works are prohibited. Legal remedies may be pursued for infringement.
Disclaimer & Limitation
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service and its affiliates disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free access. You assume all risks associated with use.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service operates, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes may proceed to arbitration or court. Each party bears its own legal costs unless otherwise awarded.
